🌎 Hi there brothers, sisters and all fellow humans! My name is Michelle Marie Meiners, Owner; Conscious Enrichment Organizer; Somatic Stress, Trigger and Trauma Release Coach (Nervous System Coach); Circle Facilitator and Program Developer at My Happy Place • Enjoyment Space. I facilitate online and in New Jersey.

⚖️ I am an in balance guide for the attainment of pure happiness, through LIFE DESIGN. This includes inner self design, outer self and relationship design, joyful adventure and experience design, and soulful space design… through somatic coaching sessions, circles, programs, outings, events, retreats and mother blessings as well as interior and exterior living space design consultation and other services. 

In short, together we create peace, freedom, enthusiasm, and happiness where you feel safe, seen, heard, accepted, supported and free through presence in flow and structure, while bringing to fruition the yummy parts of life.

💡 I have spent more than 35 years studying and practicing these skills, and overcoming immense life challenges including trauma, conditioning, sexual and physical assault, a terrorist attack, economy crashes, a natural disaster, long term narcissistic entrapment and domestic abuse, and more. Despite all of this, I came out on the other side of it and live a life of peace, joy, freedom of expression and fulfillment… and it is my mission to share the journey of attaining these treasures with YOU.


My Transformation Story:

As a sought-after empathetic listener / empathetic witness (“power of presence”) and artist since childhood + university educated and career experienced fine artist, kitchen designer, draftsperson, contractor, realtor, showroom/business owner → I have become an expert on expressive creation made possible through structured processes.  

My past main coping mechanism was the freeze response being at the center of attention, or expressing feelings, which in turn became the enduring pattern. I spent 27 years in a narcissistic marriage → leading to deep, long term self work, I eventually broke free and rebuilt my life.

During this process I eventually experienced the healing power of FFM and circle work at the Alchemy retreat by Sistership Circle in Costa Rica and unlocked my blocked voice; I “felt like a completely new person” and my innate purpose suddenly blossomed. It was so profuond for me because I thought I was fine but suddenly was at a new level and joy, so I became a Certified Sistership Circle Facilitator. I am currently facilitating monthly transformational gatherings; FFM coaching certification Feb. 2026.

As an artist + empath + intuitive listener → people feel like I’m “in it with them.” I bring creativity, structure, somatic release, and deep presence to facilitation.
