Our IN-PERSON GATHERINGS are one at a time, so there is no long term commitment. They are about 3 hours long and the first 45 minutes are optional.  They are facilitated in Toms River, NJ. 

✨ Outcome:
Wouldn't it feel amazing to find connection and community with open-hearted women?! Imagine what it would feel like to be held in safe space, structured in a way which allows us to be our free and true selves, without judgement or unsolicited advice, but instead, receiving only love.

What does that feel like? Drop out of your head and into the heart and body and imagine what it really feels like. Sit with it for a moment. Imagine what your life feels like after you've discovered your sisters, and you belong, every bit of you.

Now, imagine the rest of your life without that feeling because you didn't give this one little adventure a shot. If it sounds too good to be true, well, come see for yourself. It IS true. And, it's come as you are, even in your mess. If you've had a bad day/week/month then you need circle, and if it was good then circle needs you.

✨ What is it a Women’s Circle? Here's the actual definition.
A women’s circle is a gathering or community of women who come together in a safe, supportive, and often spiritual space to share experiences, wisdom, and encouragement. It’s sometimes called a sister circle or sistership circle.

The idea behind it is to create a sense of connection and belonging, where women can speak openly without judgment, listen deeply to one another, and celebrate each other’s growth.

Depending on the group, a circle of sistership might include things like:
Sharing stories and personal experiences
Practices of reflection or mindfulness (journaling, meditation, affirmations)
Creative or spiritual rituals (lighting candles, holding hands, symbolic gestures)
Support and healing through empathy, encouragement, and collective wisdom

These circles are often interwoven with traditions of community care, feminism, or spirituality, but they can also just be informal spaces where women gather to uplift each other.

In short: it’s about sisterhood, empowerment, and solidarity — a circle where women hold space for one another.

• FEBRUARY THEME:
Love in a Broader Sense in celebration of Spunky Old Broad's Day and Valentine's Day
•MARCH THEME:
 Flow Is Essential For Life in celebration of World Water Day.
• APRIL THEME:
Our Power To Create and Conection to All of Creation in celebration of Earth Day.
• MAY THEME:
Sun, Fire and Victorious Women in celebration of International Women's Health Day, Women's Health Month, INternational Victorious Women Month, Mother's Day, Natioal Fire Day, and International Sun Day.
• JUNE THEME: (ALL GENDER CIRCLE OF ONENESS AT EARTH VIBES FEST - FREE - JUST SHOW UP - NO FOOD - 2 HRS.):
Integration, Partnership and Unity In Life Outside of Circle in celebration of Worldwide Sistership Circle Day (Summer Solstice).
• JULY THEME:
Personal Freedom and Interconnection, Individuality and Belonging in celebration of Independence and Best Friends Day
• AUGUST THEME:
Living In Our Feminine and Masculine energies, Holding It All in celebration of Women's Equality Day and Single Working Women's Day.
• SEPTEMBER THEME:
Exploration of Archetypes in celebration of National Girls Night In Day, (to prepare October's circle)
• OCTOBER THEME:
Council of Archetypes, dress up embodiment in celebration of Halloween.
• NOVEMBER THEME:
Friendsgiving in celebration and thanks for ourselves and each other.
• DECEMBER THEME:
Humanism, Generosity and Women's Unity in celebration of The Yule Tide Season, Worldwide Sistership Circle Day (Winter Solstice), Human Light Day, Sacagawea, Women Support Women Day, and Festivus - for the rest of us  ;-)


✨ AGENDA :
• Sign in & Refreshments (provided). Arriving within these first 45 minutes is not required.
• Arrival is absolutely required by the end of the first 45 minutes.
• Welcome Ceremony / Music (music, sage, essential oil)
• Short Grounding Meditation & Invocation (to bring in the energy of sistership)
• Stitch In (name and a word that is true for you in the moment)
• Agreements (co-creating a safe space for sharing)
• Clearings &/or Witholds (shares which will allow for complete presence)
• Theme Context & Potent Question (deep shares and limiting beliefs)
• Movement / Music (release any heaviness of the shares through the body)
• Visualization (feeling into the light side of the theme)
• Activity / Ritual (embodying the light)
• Unstitch
• ONE FREE 15-20 min. somatic hot seat / heart seat / love seat using FFM & the FREE technique (Feminine Freedom Method & Feel, Release, Explore, Expand). It is beneficial for the the participant to have the empathetic witnesses,. You may volunteer for this in advance when sign up through the TICKET or CHECK AVAILABILITY LINK. The participant will be asked to provide a feedback form within 5 days.


✨ The Unity Dome has A/C and heat.

✨ IMPORTANT NOTES:

We have 6 regular chairs, 4 floor chairs with backs, and pillows to sit on.

Participants who cannot sit on the floor will line up first to enter the Unity Dome when it is time. If get more than 6 people who need chairs, then I will provide more. Please let us know when you arrive.

Please note that upon lining up and entering the dome, this is a moment of silence and reflection to revere the sacred (essential for life) nature of deep connection and oneness with others, self and nature, while also revering ourselves in our own individuality, intuition and personal freedom of expression.

No shoes or sugary / milky drinks in the dome. Please bring a spill-proof tumbler if you can.

Bring a journal if you like. You may also bring a memento or special item, a blanket, etc.
